Results of Extraordinary General Meeting 21 May 2021

An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of unitholders of Sarasin IE GlobalSar – Income (GBP) was convened on 21st May 2021 to consider and vote upon the proposed changes to the Trust as detailed in the Notification to Unitholders dated 27th April 2021. The Resolution was approved by unitholders, and in particular by the majority necessary for the EGM Resolution to pass.

It is therefore intended that the changes detailed in the Notification to Unitholders dated 27th April 2021 will become effective on 11th June 2021.
