The strategy predominately invests in equities, with the remainder allocated to alternatives, offering investors the greatest opportunity to maximise total returns over the long-term.

The Sarasin Growth Strategy is for long-term investors with a time horizon of 7 years or longer. The strategy is designed to target a longer-term total return of CPI +4.5% whilst offering weekly liquidity.

• Sarasin Growth CAIF (Charity Authorised Investment Fund) – this fund aims to deliver an efficient solution for trustees seeking to maximise real long-term returns. It operates a Socially Responsible Investment Policy, whilst offering the cost and administrative efficiencies that charities seek.
• Segregated portfolio – portfolios need significant scale to invest in individual securities across asset classes. As the administrative burden can also be significant, it makes sense only for the largest charities, or those with unique ethical and/or income requirements.
