Results of Extraordinary General Meetings 18 September 2020

Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM) of shareholders of Sarasin’s four Sterling Hedged funds were convened on 18th September 2020 to consider and vote upon Resolutions to merge each of these into equivalent unhedged funds also offered by Sarasin Investment Funds Limited, as defined in the Merger Proposal Information Packs dated 28th August 2020.

The EGM Resolutions to merge these Sterling Hedged funds was approved by shareholders, and in particular by the majority necessary for the EGM Resolutions to pass.

It is therefore the intention to merge Sarasin Global Dividend (Sterling Hedged) into Sarasin Global Dividend, and Sarasin Responsible Global Equity (Sterling Hedged) into Sarasin Responsible Global Equity on 9th October 2020; and Sarasin Global Higher Dividend (Sterling Hedged) into Sarasin Global Higher Dividend, and Sarasin Thematic Global Equity (Sterling Hedged) into Sarasin Thematic Global Equity on 23rd October 2020.
