SEMINAR: SHAPING CORPORATE ACCOUNTABILITY ON ETHICAL AI
TUESDAY 16 SEPTEMBER 2025

TUESDAY 16 SEPTEMBER | JUXON HOUSE | LONDON
Sarasin & Partners are delighted to be hosting our second hybrid investor seminar on Shaping Corporate Accountability on Ethical AI, on Tuesday 16 September 2025.
At this event, we will explore the most acute risks faced by companies developing or deploying AI models, and the most efficient ways to engage them.
The seminar will begin with a fireside chat with two leading academics, Vasilios Mavroudis and Markus Anderjung, who will explore:
- emerging risks from general-purpose and open-source AI;
- real-world examples of AI failures and how investors who want to keep companies accountable can gauge risk across upstream developers, tech-sector deployers, and downstream users.
We will then host an investor panel with Luda Svistunova, Lucy Larner, Georgina Chiu, Juan Salazar and Dan Neale, where we will discuss:
- how investor expectations and stewardship techniques have evolved;
- what improvements in corporate practice we can attribute to this and how you can measure success and how you can move the needle further.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions to the panel of experts.
This hybrid event will be held in person at our offices and online on Zoom. Please register accordingly and please note that in-person spaces are limited. Registration by 1 August 2025 would be highly appreciated.
