How to invest

Northern Trust is the third-party administrator for our funds. That will be the company contacting you on all administrative matters, rather than Sarasin directly.

If you’ve received an email from Northern Trust, you’ll need to:

• visit the dedicated Northern Trust website to get a secure link, which will make sure your personal information remains protected

• create a passphrase to access your emails privately

• log in with this passphrase, then go to ‘Settings’ and select your preferred delivery method.

Northern Trust will also assist investors with account opening, including anti-money laundering (AML) and due diligence requirements, and is available to help with any questions or issues during the process.

If you’ve visited the website before and already created a passphrase but can’t remember it, just click the ‘I forgot my passphrase’ link and follow the steps.

You can invest your clients’ money with a lump sum. Once you have received confirmation that your subscription has been received, send your money via bank transfer to the bank details on the application form.

We’ll invest your money using the share or unit prices calculated at the next valuation point — we set this at 12pm each business day.

Once you’ve made your first investment, you can deal over the phone for any transactions you want to make at a later date.
