Sir Donald Brydon led the Independent review into the Quality and Effectiveness of Audit, which reported in December 2019. Currently, he chairs Sage Group and two charities. Previous chairmanships include the London Stock Exchange Group and Royal Mail. In a 20-year career at Barclays, he became the head of BZW Investment Management.
Michelle Hinchliffe is UK Chair of Audit at KPMG. She joined the firm in 1985 and became a partner in 1997. During a stint in Australia she headed KPMG's Financial Services practice. Michelle has led large global teams in the provision of external audit, internal audit and advisory services to many large financial services firms.
